Consents

We provide advice on existing consents and compliance requirements. We prepare Regional and District Council consent applications, including for:

- dairy farm effluent system upgrades

- water permits

- discharge permits (effluent and wastewater)

- land use permits (farming, feedpads & barns, silage pads, gravel extraction, intensive winter grazing)

- infrastructure access

We can appear on your behalf at formal hearings

Effluent pond drop down test

We can perform a pond drop down test to the requirements of the Southland Regional Council and Otago Regional Council. We have been drop testing ponds under these rules for the last 5 years and have extensive knowledge in this area. We have a practical approach to the complications of testing effluent ponds and the management of effluent with no disruption to normal milking times
